Responsibilities & Context:

 Oversee end-to-end travel operations, including bookings, ticketing, itinerary management, confirmations, and service coordination.

 Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure seamless and timely service delivery.

 Lead, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the operations and sales teams to ensure productivity and service excellence.

 Develop and implement effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.

 Identify new business opportunities, target markets, corporate clients, and potential partnerships to expand the company’s customer base.

 Drive sales of air tickets, tour packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and other travel-related services.

 Set and monitor monthly sales targets, KPIs, and team performance, taking corrective actions where necessary.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate accounts, vendors, airlines, and strategic partners.

 Analyze business performance, sales data, operational efficiency, and profitability to identify opportunities for improvement.

 Manage operational budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and cost control initiatives.

 Monitor customer feedback and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve service issues and improve customer satisfaction.

 Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable travel regulations.

 Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports for management review.

 Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective systems, tools, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
