• Age 28 to 40 years

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality will be highly preferred.

• Develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct client engagement, market visits and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and potential clients.
• Regularly visit and communicate with prospective clients to promote company services and generate business.
• Expand the client base through proactive sales activities and market development.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to convert opportunities into sales.
• Monitor market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and track progress against assigned targets.
• Work independently with a target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
