  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for monthly reporting and performance tracking.

Holiday Village is a fast-growing and customer-focused travel and tour company offering unforgettable travel experiences. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead our operations, manage all travel functions and drive new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of the agency, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments and service channels.

  • Plan and design seasonal tour packages for local, nationwide, and international destinations, including group tours, couple tours, corporate tours and solo travel packages.

  • Develop and launch occasion-based travel packages (festivals, holidays, honeymoons, corporate retreats, etc.) with creative itineraries and attractive deals.

  • Maintain strong communication and coordination with Air Ticketing partners and Accommodation Providers to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with local and foreign travel agencies, transport providers and tourism partners to enhance the company’s network and offerings.

  • Research and stay updated on travel destinations, attractions and activities, proposing new and exciting travel ideas to meet customer interests and market trends.

  • Develop and implement strategies for new customer, business growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
