Experience:
Professional certification (CA) or equivalent level experience required.
BBA, MBA (Major in Accounting/ Finance) from a public university/reputed private university with good academic results.
At least 10 years on job experience in hospitality sector with minimum 5 years in a senior finance leadership role, within same industry.
Excellent communication skills in a professional, cross-cultural environment.
Experience of working with MICROS, SAP, ERP, Oracle and Opera
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong business partnering experience with analytical ability.
Knowledge on labor law will be an added advantage;

Strategic Leadership, Financial Analysis & Reporting
Lead the hotel's financial strategy and operational performance ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting
Prepare, review, and present management accounts, budgets, and forecasts, including variance analyses against actual results.
Monitor and ensure the company’s cash flow remained secure and reliable.
Review transactions in different software (SUN, Opera, SAP-BPC, Micros) on a regular basis.
Ensure strong adherence to all reporting requirements following IFRS guidelines and Radisson Hotel Group directives, as well as those of the local owning company (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
Maintain a strong relation and smooth collaboration between Operator and Owner in different issues of HMA compliances.
Collaborate closely with the Hotel General Manager and cross-functional Executive Team to drive overall hotel performance
Financial Control and Legal Compliances
Optimize procurement processes as the head of procurement to control costs effectively.
Compile daily, weekly and quarterly reports.
Perform monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation.
Direct the preparation of check charts, credit reports, as well as month end reports.
Prepare the annual Business Plan/Budget, monthly P&L statements, Balance sheet forecasts, liquidity planning, and reinforce internal financial controls.
Review the company's LC pertaining to the import of materials (alcohol and amenities).
Manage both internal (local and international) and external auditors to facilitate the completion of their audit work.
Review and sign audited financial statements (quarterly, yearly).
Scrutinize all foreign remittances and liaise with banks, including the Central Bank.
Review & sign monthly VAT Return, source Tax & VAT before submitting to concerned circle;
Maintain time to time communication with legal & regulatory bodies like Tax and VAT Circles;
Manage Company’s all pending/prevailing litigations regarding VAT, Tax & SD issues
People Leadership
Direct and oversee all five sub-departments with a team over 20 personnel (Finance, Purchase, Credit/Accounts Receivable, Cost Control, and IT).
Select qualified employees and provides orientation and training.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Determine and communicate standards of performance to employees. Evaluates employee performance on a regular basis and recommends salary increases as appropriate.
Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing finance team
Ensure that disciplinary action is taken as required utilizing consistency, fairness and respect within frame work of established guidelines.
Guide and train team members about all legal updates and changes made in each year;
