1. Revenue Generation & Strategic Planning
Segment Targeting: Develop sales strategies for specific markets (e.g., Luxury Leisure, Corporate Retreats, or Destination Weddings).
Yield Management: Work closely with the Revenue Manager to set pricing that maximizes ADR (Average Daily Rate) and RevPAR.
Seasonal Campaigns: Create "shoulder season" offers to boost occupancy during typically slow months.
2. Relationship Management
Trade Partners: Manage relationships with OTAs (Expedia, Booking.com), Tour Operators, and Luxury Travel Agents (e.g., Virtuoso).
Corporate Accounts: Negotiate annual contracts with companies for off-sites and incentive trips.
Networking: Represent the resort at international trade shows, tourism boards, and local community events.
3. Site Inspections & Showcasing
The "Hard Sell": Conduct high-energy property tours for wedding planners, event organizers, and travel writers.
Experience Curation: Coordinate "FAM" (Familiarization) trips to give key influencers a first-hand look at the resort experience.
4. Marketing Collaboration
Content Strategy: Work with the Marketing team to ensure the resort's digital presence (Instagram, Website) aligns with current sales goals.
Collateral: Oversee the creation of sales kits, brochures, and digital RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.
