👥 Team Leadership & Personnel Management
· Assigning daily tasks: Distributing work orders to technicians based on priority, urgency, and individual skill sets.
· Hiring and onboarding: Participating in interviews, screening candidates, and training new hires on company machinery and procedures.
· Evaluating performance: Monitoring work quality, conducting performance reviews, and identifying areas where staff need technical development.
· Managing shifts: Handling team schedules, approving time-off requests, and organizing emergency on-call rotations.
🛠️ Maintenance Operations & Scheduling
· Preventive maintenance: Developing and enforcing routine inspection schedules (e.g., checking HVAC, plumbing, and electrical lines) to maximize asset lifespan and prevent costly breakdowns.
