Experience:
Culinary diploma or similar cooking qualification
Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and portion specifications.
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and timely delivery of all orders during service periods.
Set up, organize, and maintain assigned workstations with the necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving and storing food items, and report shortages or wastage to supervisors.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety standards to maintain a clean and compliant kitchen environment.
Collaborate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
Participate in menu development, daily specials, staff training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the kitchen.
Perform opening and closing duties and support any additional operational requirements assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.
