Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute catering sales strategies, generate new business opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Create and maintain catering menus, pricing structures, themed packages, and value-added services that meet customer needs while ensuring profitability.

• Meet clients, understand event requirements, prepare customized proposals, coordinate planning activities, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the event lifecycle.

• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise team members, set performance goals, monitor results, and promote a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless event setup, service delivery, logistics management, and issue resolution during events.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensure successful event delivery, gather post-event feedback, and secure repeat business opportunities.

• Monitor catering budgets and event profitability, track sales performance metrics, prepare management reports, and forecast future revenue opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional materials, social media content, client engagement events, testimonials, and maintaining a strong catering portfolio.
