Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Visa Application Processing: Manage end-to-end tourist, business, and visa applications for various global destinations, ensuring zero compliance errors.
Document Verification: Thoroughly review, organize, and compile client documents according to specific country guidelines and embassy protocols.
Client Consultation: Provide expert guidance on global immigration regulations, entry requirements, updates on policy changes, and step-by-step application walkthroughs.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of verifiable experience strictly within travel agency operations or visa consultancy.
Regulatory Knowledge: Extensive, up-to-date familiarity with travel visa criteria, digital portal submissions, and consular formatting.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English, paired with strong interpersonal skills for client support.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and online application management portals.
