Responsibilities & Context:
Manage overall operations of the visa consultancy office.
Supervise and guide consultants and office staff.
Monitor client file processing and ensure service quality.
Handle client queries, complaints, and follow-up activities.
Achieve monthly business targets and support business growth.
Prepare and submit operational reports to management.
Coordinate with Corporate Office regarding administrative and operational matters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
