Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in restaurant / F&B management, preferably in clubs, hotels, or premium restaurants
- Proven track record of managing multi-outlet or high-volume F&B operations will be an advantage

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on knowledge of food costing, inventory management, and POS systems
- Ability to work under pressure and during Club events (including weekends and evenings)
- Proficiency in English and Bengali
- Member-oriented mindset with high integrity and professional attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
Club Shaheen Limited is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to take complete responsibility for the Club’s Restaurant and Café operations (including Eagle’s Diner, Eagle’s Dip, and related F&B outlets).
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall management and day-to-day operation of the Restaurant and Café
- Menu planning, costing, and continuous improvement of food & beverage offerings
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service
- Supervise kitchen, service, and support staff; manage roster, training, and performance
- Control food cost, inventory, wastage, and overall F&B profitability
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health & hygiene standards
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage procurement, and negotiate rates
- Handle member and guest complaints professionally and ensure excellent customer experience
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports
- Support Club events, Family Day, and special programmes with efficient F&B service
- Any other duties assigned by the Management
