Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain documents
∎ Responsible for communicating with members.
∎ Assist to implement service project
∎ Honest, ethical, and dependable
∎ Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
∎ Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
∎ Ensure reception area is tidy.
∎ Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
∎ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
∎ Assisting the HR team in Joining and exit formalities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptability, Computer literacy,
∎ Candidate must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
∎ Good communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
