• Age 18 to 28 years

• Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent educational qualification.

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university; candidates with a Hospitality background will be given preference.

• Previous restaurant/hospitality experience will be preferred.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Basic English communication ability is preferred.

• Smart, energetic, polite, disciplined, and well-groomed.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Freshers may be considered for Waiter positions depending on capability.

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional and courteous service.

• Follow the restaurant’s Sequence of Service and service standards.

• Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverages.

• Take guest orders accurately and communicate them properly to Kitchen/Bar.

• Serve food and beverages professionally according to restaurant standards.

• Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready before guest arrival.

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and assigned areas.

• Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

• Respond promptly and politely to guest requests.

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Hostess, Cashier, and Supervisors for smooth service.

• Handle guest complaints professionally and report serious issues to the Supervisor/Manager.

• Maintain proper knowledge of menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, promotions, and prices.

• Suggest suitable menu items, beverages, and promotional offers when appropriate.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and sanitation standards.

• Handle restaurant equipment, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service items carefully.

• Maintain discipline and professional behavior during duty hours.

• Assist in buffet, events, private functions, and special programs when required.

• Support senior team members and help maintain smooth floor operations.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.
