Manaf Tours & Travels is looking for a smart, confident, target-driven and presentable Travel Consultant to assist clients with international travel services and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and visa processing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and in-person consultations.

• Provide accurate information regarding tourist visas, travel packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations and travel-related services.

• Understand clients' travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages and visa solutions.

• Conduct consultations and effectively present company services to prospective clients.

• Maintain regular follow-up with leads and enquiries to maximize sales conversion.

• Convert enquiries into confirmed visa processing, tour package and travel service bookings.

• Assist clients in understanding visa requirements, documentation and application procedures.

• Coordinate with the operations and processing team to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, payments and client communications.

• Achieve monthly sales, booking and client conversion targets assigned by management.

• Stay updated on visa policies, travel regulations and tourism trends.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in travel consultancy, tourism, visa processing, sales or customer service will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and client handling skills.

• Strong sales mindset with the ability to achieve conversion targets.

• Good command of English and Bengali.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media communication platforms.
