Experience:

• At least 8 years

• HSC in Any Discipline OR
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 25 years

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and SOPs

• Ability to handle guest complaints and work under pressure

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service during assigned shifts

• Lead and guide service team members to maintain high standards of guest service

• Ensure proper grooming, hygiene, discipline, and professional conduct of team members

• Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service standards

• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally

• Ensure proper table setup, order taking, food serving, and clearing procedures

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

• Monitor staff attendance, duty allocation, and shift deployment

• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, food safety, and company policies

• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, service, and operational targets

• Train and coach team members on service standards and daily operational procedures

• Prepare shift handover and operational updates.
