• Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to the office
• Maintain computers, printers, networks, internet, software, and other IT equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues
• Maintain and update the company website and online platforms
• Manage company email accounts, cloud storage, and digital files
• Provide technical support for ticketing, visa, Hajj & Umrah and other travel-related software/tools
• Design promotional materials for Hajj, Umrah, Air Ticketing, Visa & Tour packages
• Create graphics for Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media platforms
• Prepare posters, banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional content
• Edit photos and videos for social media and marketing campaigns
• Maintain consistent company branding across all digital and printed materials
• Assist the marketing team with digital content and campaign materials
• Perform data backup, file management, and basic cybersecurity practices
• Handle other IT, graphics design, and administrative tasks assigned by management
