1. Handle visa processing and documentation for UK, USA, and European countries.

2. Assess clients’ profiles and provide appropriate visa processing guidance.

3. Handle tourist, business, family visit, and other relevant visa applications.

4. Prepare and review visa application forms and supporting documents.

5. Check documents carefully for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and compliance with embassy/visa requirements.

6. Guide clients regarding required financial, employment, travel, accommodation, and other supporting documents.

7. Prepare personalized document checklists based on individual client profiles.

8. Assist clients with visa application forms, online applications, appointment bookings, and biometric procedures.

9. Prepare clients for visa interviews where applicable.

10. Monitor application status and communicate updates to clients.

11. Liaise with relevant visa application centres, embassies, consulates, and external partners when required.

12. Identify potential documentation issues and advise clients on appropriate solutions.

13. Maintain accurate records of applications, client documents, appointments, and application outcomes.

14. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive client information and documents.

15. Follow changes in visa policies, documentation requirements, application procedures, and embassy guidelines.

16. Handle client queries professionally through phone, email, WhatsApp, and face-to-face communication.

17. Coordinate with the sales/counselling team to convert visa inquiries into successful applications.

18. Meet assigned individual and team targets.

19. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the visa processing cycle.
