Experience:

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• SSC in Any Discipline OR Hospitality Background Education OR Equivalent

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Restaurant, Group of Companies, Amusement Park, Shopping mall, Party/ Community Center, Sports Complex, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At least 20 years

• Good kitchen operations and team coordination skills

• Strong organizational skills for staff rostering, attendance, and leave management

• Basic knowledge of food cost, inventory, portion control, and wastage management

• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

• Support preparation of staff duty rosters, shift planning, and staff leave processes

• Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and daily manpower requirements

• Monitor production, quality, portion control, and presentation

• Assist with inventory, stock control, receiving, storage, and wastage monitoring

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and timely operations

• Support staff training, briefing, and performance monitoring.

• Maintain daily kitchen records and report operational issues to the Head Chef.
