Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the overall daily operation of the BSC Food Court and ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage multiple food outlets, kitchen operations, service teams, and support staff
Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, hygiene, and safety
Monitor daily sales, food cost, wastage, inventory, and operational expenses
Prepare manpower schedules and ensure proper staffing, discipline, grooming, and productivity
Train, motivate, and develop the F&B team to achieve service and operational standards
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, company policies, and food safety standards
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Coordinate with Kitchen, Store, Procurement, HR, Finance, Maintenance, and other departments
Monitor equipment, facilities, cleanliness, and overall presentation of the food court
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and provide updates to management
Identify operational improvements and support initiatives to increase sales, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
