Responsibilities & Context:

• Develop and execute marketing and branding activities for restaurant businesses and F&B brands

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotional offers and digital marketing activities

• Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers and other vendors for marketing materials

• Prepare creative briefs, campaign concepts, captions, promotional copies and other communication materials

• Coordinate photoshoots, food photography, video content and promotional productions

• Manage and maintain brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other relevant digital platforms

• Coordinate with restaurant operations teams to promote new menu items, offers, events and special campaigns

• Support the launch of new products, menus, restaurants, outlets and promotional initiatives

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer preferences in the restaurant and F&B sector

• Coordinate with Foodpanda, Foodi and other food delivery platforms regarding promotional campaigns and brand visibility

• Assist in developing promotional materials including POSM, menu boards, banners, flyers and digital creatives

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all restaurant touchpoints

• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns

• Assist in event marketing, restaurant activations and customer engagement initiatives

• Perform other brand and marketing-related responsibilities assigned by management.
