Responsibilities & Context:
3 YRS EXPERIENCE
KNOWLEDGE OF REISSUE AND REFUND IS MANDATORY.
Proficiency in managing domestic and International flight booking issue, reissue and cancel booking using GDS , like Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre
Address inquires regarding Fares , schedules , policies , providing travel advice and resolving complaints.
Provide daily and monthly sales Reports and monitor booking trends.
Strong communication in English/Bangla and ability to work under pressure.
