Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in the travel/ticketing industry.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years of verified experience strictly in air ticketing within a reputed travel agency or airline environment.

  • Technical Skills: Mastery of at least two major GDS platforms.

  • Skills: Excellent command over complex fare structures, industry rules, and automated ticketing tools.

  • Communication: Strong communication skills in both Bengali and English (written and verbal).

  • Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak travel seasons or unexpected flight disruptions.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Ticketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive, hands-on experience in managing international and domestic air ticket bookings, issuing tickets, handling re-issues, and resolving complex travel itineraries seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking & Issuance: Handle independent international and domestic air ticket bookings, processing, fare calculations, and ticket issuance.

  • GDS Management: Efficiently operate major Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Sabra, and Galileo).

  • Changes & Refunds: Manage complex ticket re-issuances, date changes, routing changes, cancellations, and refund processing.

  • Client & Vendor Relations: Coordinate closely with airlines and consolidators to secure competitive fares and resolve any ticketing disputes.

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to corporate and retail clients, ensuring accurate travel documentation and timely flight updates.
