Additional Requirements:
- Age 28 to 40 years
Minimum 4 years in stewarding, housekeeping, or kitchen operations, including supervisory experience
Knowledge of stewarding operations, sanitation standards, inventory control, chemical handling, and safety procedures
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and ability to work under pressure
Food Safety & Hygiene Training Certificate (preferred)
Must be available evenings and weekends for events
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage daily stewarding operations and cleaning activities.
Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils, and service ware are clean and available.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
Oversee dishwashing operations and back-of-house cleanliness.
Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B, and Banquet teams to support operations
