1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.

3. Marketing Knowledge: Sound understanding of marketing strategies, branding, customer engagement, and market research.

4. Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, and online advertising platforms.

5. Computer Proficiency: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/software.

6. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.

7. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and prepare marketing reports for management.

8. Client & Team Coordination: Build strong relationships with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project execution.

9. Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support sales growth through effective marketing activities.

10. Time Management & Professionalism: Manage multiple tasks efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of professionalism, creativity, and teamwork.
