• Age 20 to 35 years

• Excellent communication skills in Bangla (English proficiency will be an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Social Media).

• Smart, presentable, energetic, and target-oriented.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or student counseling will be preferred (Freshers are encouraged to apply).

Job Location: Dhanmondi-6, Dhaka

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 days a week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling and information to prospective students regarding courses and training programs.

• Handle phone calls, Facebook/WhatsApp inquiries, and walk-in visitors.

• Follow up with interested students and assist them with the admission process.

• Maintain student databases and prepare daily activity reports.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch management and student support.

• Salary: Tk. 10,000 – 20,000 (Based on experience)
