Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Advisory & Case Management
Provide expert, tailored immigration consultations to corporate clients, skilled workers, families, and students regarding study, work, and permanent residency options.
Review and approve high-risk or complex visa applications and submission letters drafted by junior case managers.
Monitor changing immigration policies across key destinations (e.g., Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Schengen).
2. Team Leadership & Operations
Recruit, train, and manage a team of immigration consultants and case managers.
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline application tracking and reduce processing errors.
Conduct performance reviews and ensure the team meets strict application deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).
