• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 4 years

• Age 25 to 50 years

• Must be tech savvy

• Only MS word knowlege not enough

• Must be willing to learn new things

• Must be willing to stay at least 3 years in a company

• Deal with client inquiries regarding travel services like Tour Package, Air ticket, Visa ( any 2 service)

• Book tour packages, air tickets or process visa applications (any 2 service)

• Use different industry professional tools to book travel services such as GDS, Online booking systems, Hotel booking websites & more.

• Create travel itineraries with different travel services

• Communicate with clients to provide travel services using different digital channels

• Respond to clients via online & offline media

• Keep sales records & report sales information

• Be up to date with airlines / visa rules, offers & promotions

• Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration

• T/A,Provident fund,Mobile bill,Credit card
• Festival Bonus: 2
