Key Responsibilities
Reservation Management
Process domestic and international flight bookings.
Make hotel reservations through OTA and supplier systems.
Book tour packages, transfers, cruises, and travel-related services.
Modify, reissue, or cancel reservations as requested.
Ensure all booking details are accurate before confirmation.
Flight Ticketing
Search and compare flight options.
Issue airline tickets using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.).
Reissue and refund tickets according to airline policies.
Monitor schedule changes and notify customers.
Verify fares, taxes, and baggage allowances.
Hotel Reservations
Reserve hotels based on customer preferences and budget.
Confirm room availability and rates.
Coordinate special requests (early check-in, late check-out, meal plans, etc.).
Handle amendments and cancellations.
Tour Package Reservations
Book domestic and international tour packages.
Coordinate with tour operators and destination partners.
Confirm transportation, sightseeing, and accommodation arrangements.
Prepare and issue travel vouchers.
Customer Service
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
Provide travel information, pricing, and itinerary details.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation
Verify customer passport and visa details.
Collect required travel documents.
Prepare booking confirmations and invoices.
