Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international tour operations.
Liaise with airlines, hotels, DMCs, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Prepare tour itineraries, quotations, and operational documents.
Handle group departures, FIT bookings, MICE, and conference travel.
Supervise visa processing and travel documentation.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.
Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues promptly.
Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers and maintain strong business relationships.
Lead and supervise the operations team while ensuring timely service delivery.
