Key Responsibilities
IT Infrastructure Management
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices.
Monitor servers, internet connectivity, and Wi-Fi performance.
Ensure uninterrupted IT services across all departments.
Maintain office hardware and software inventory.
Website Management
Maintain the OTA website and booking platform.
Monitor website performance, uptime, and security.
Update website content, banners, and travel products when required.
Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues.
Optimize website speed and user experience.
Booking System & GDS Support
Maintain online booking engines and reservation systems.
Support GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Travelport.
Troubleshoot ticketing and reservation system issues.

User Support (Help Desk)
Provide technical support to employees.
