Responsibilities & Context:
Case Management Oversight: Review complex immigration and visa applications (student, work, tourist, PR) to ensure accuracy and government requirement compliance.
Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise immigration case workers and consultants.
Client Relations: Manage high-net-worth clients, conduct consultations, and provide strategic solutions for immigration pathways.
Compliance & Research: Maintain updated knowledge of global immigration policies and proactively update the team and clients.
Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with relevant embassies, government bodies, and international partners
