  • Must have to have the knowledge on MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • Must be fluent on language like Bangla and English reading and writing

  • Must be skilled on language translation jobs like Schengen country to English

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate account manager to join our growing health tourism and visa management team. This role is centered on delivering high-quality consultation services, supporting documents for visa management and coordinating with respective stake holders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultation Services: Conduct virtual or face to face consultations (voice/video) for clients with various health conditions, visa management.

  • Documentations: Need to prepare supporting documents for visa management. Knowledge on visa requirements for India/ Asian country (Like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore etc), European country etc

  • Home Country Treatment Support: Support patients requiring care in their local region by

  • Client Interactions: Join client meetings as the clinical representative to provide support to business and sales teams.

Training and Supervision:

  • The selected candidate will undergo a training phase before being on boarded for consultations.

  • During this period, they will work under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
