Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visa processing and documentation
Strong communication and digital skills, including comfort with technology platforms for video consultations.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
Computer Skills:
Must have to have the knowledge on MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator
Must be fluent on language like Bangla and English reading and writing
Must be skilled on language translation jobs like Schengen country to English

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate account manager to join our growing health tourism and visa management team. This role is centered on delivering high-quality consultation services, supporting documents for visa management and coordinating with respective stake holders.
Key Responsibilities:
Consultation Services: Conduct virtual or face to face consultations (voice/video) for clients with various health conditions, visa management.
Documentations: Need to prepare supporting documents for visa management. Knowledge on visa requirements for India/ Asian country (Like Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore etc), European country etc
Home Country Treatment Support: Support patients requiring care in their local region by
Client Interactions: Join client meetings as the clinical representative to provide support to business and sales teams.
Training and Supervision:
The selected candidate will undergo a training phase before being on boarded for consultations.
During this period, they will work under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
