ন্যূনতম এসএসসি বা সমমান উত্তীর্ণ হতে হবে। হাসপাতালের Laundry বিভাগে কমপক্ষে ৩ (তিন) বছরের বাস্তব কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। Hospital Linen Management, Washing Process, Infection Control ও Laundry Machine পরিচালনায় দক্ষ হতে হবে।
