Experience:

Any Certification on Supply Chain Management will be given preference.

Inventory Management

• Assist in managing daily warehouse and store operations.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimum stock availability.

• Maintain accurate stock records through ERP or inventory management systems.

• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory counts.

• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure proper FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) practices for perishable items.

• Monitor stock aging and recommend actions for slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

Goods Receiving & Inspection

• Supervise the receiving of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies.

• Verify delivered items against Purchase Orders, invoices, and delivery challans.

• Ensure all received products meet quality and quantity standards.

• Report damaged, expired, or short-supplied items immediately.

• Coordinate with Procurement and suppliers regarding discrepancies.

Storage & Warehouse Management

• Ensure proper storage conditions for dry, chilled, and frozen products.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the warehouse.

• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and categorization of all inventory items.

• Optimize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval.

• Monitor temperature-controlled storage facilities.

Material Distribution

• Coordinate timely issuance of materials to restaurant branches and departments.

• Verify requisitions before issuing inventory.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all stock movements.

• Monitor inter-branch stock transfers and returns.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Maintain Goods Received Notes (GRN), Store Requisition Forms (SRF), Bin Cards, and stock registers.

• Prepare stock variance and reconciliation reports.

• Assist in preparing inventory-related KPIs and management reports.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and inventory control procedures.

• Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Support internal and external inventory audits.

• Ensure safe handling and storage of all materials.

Team Supervision

• Supervise Store Officers, Store Keepers, and Store Assistants.

• Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.

• Provide training on inventory management and warehouse procedures.

• Promote discipline, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Operations, Production, and Restaurant Branches.

• Support demand planning and replenishment activities.

• Assist in resolving inventory-related operational issues.

Cost Control

• Minimize inventory losses, wastage, and pilferage.

• Monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels.

• Recommend process improvements for warehouse efficiency and cost reduction.
