- টিকেটিং সম্পর্কে সকল অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner..
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide accurate information about tour packages, air tickets, visas, and travel services.
Maintain customer records and update booking information.
Explain travel policies, fares, cancellation, and refund procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service.
Perform other customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
