Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Conversion & Sales: Handle incoming inquiries (phone, social media, walk-ins) and convert travel leads into bookings for tour packages, tickets, and visa services.
Client Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, flight options, and visa solutions.
Package Customization & Pricing: Prepare tailored travel quotes and design customized tour itineraries within the client's budget.
Visa Guidance & Support: Advise clients on required visa documentation, collect files, and assist with application procedures.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, repeat customers, and travel vendors.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for tickets, tours, and visa applications.
