Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
Strong sales and customer service orientation.
Good knowledge of international destinations,
visa procedures, and travel documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Smart, presentable, and proactive personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Handle customer inquiries related to international tour packages through phone, email, social media, and walk-in clients.
Counsel clients regarding destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, airfare, hotel booking, and tour itineraries.
Prepare customized outbound tour packages according to client requirements and budget.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and international travel partners for reservations and confirmations.
Follow up with clients from inquiry to booking confirmation and post-tour feedback.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, quotations, bookings, and payments.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Stay updated with international travel trends, visa policies, airline offers, and destination information.
