Must know the student visa processing.

• Counsel students and parents regarding overseas study opportunities, universities, courses, admission requirements, and application procedures.

• Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, financial capabilities, and preferences to recommend suitable study options.

• Provide accurate information regarding universities, programs, tuition fees, scholarships, accommodation, and living expenses.

• Handle student inquiries through phone calls, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.

• Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into successful applications.

• Assist students in preparing application documents and completing university admission procedures.

• Coordinate with universities, institutions, and international partners when required.

• Guide students regarding visa documentation and the overall visa application process.

• Maintain proper records of student inquiries, applications, follow-ups, and admission status.

• Achieve individual and team targets related to student counseling and admissions.

• Maintain regular communication with students throughout the admission process.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities.

• Stay updated about changes in university admission requirements, visa regulations, scholarships, and study-abroad opportunities.
