Responsibilities & Context:
· Plan, design, and sell domestic and international tour packages according to clients’ requirements.
· Handle visa processing services for various countries, including document checking, application preparation, appointment scheduling, and submission procedures.
· Assist clients with visa documentation, embassy requirements, and related formalities.
· Communicate with embassies, visa application centers, hotels, airlines, and overseas travel partners as required.
· Prepare tour quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
· Maintain strong client relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Ensure accurate documentation and timely service delivery.
· Proven experience as a Tour Consultant or in a similar position.
· Practical experience in visa processing and documentation is essential.
. Experience handling international tour packages and client consultations will be an advantage.
