Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date visa requirement information for multiple countries.

• Stay informed about changes and updates in visa rules, policies, and procedures.

• Accurately complete visa application forms (both manual and online).

• Collect and organize all required documents from clients for visa processing.

• Verify client documents, including passports, bank statements, employment letters, and invitation letters.

• Submit visa applications to embassies or visa centers and track application status.

• Act as a liaison between clients and embassies/visa centers.

• Handle visa-related queries, follow-ups, and rejections professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of all processed visa applications.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies and embassy regulations.

• Candidates who can bring in new clients or contribute to business growth will be given preference.

• Candidate should be able to curate different kinds of holiday and tour packages.
