Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel clients regarding Student Visa, Visit Visa, Family Migration, Permanent Residency (PR), and other immigration services.
Handle clients professionally through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online communication.
Explain visa requirements, application procedures, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.
Prepare visa application forms, organize supporting documents, and maintain proper client files and records.
Respond to client inquiries through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while ensuring excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing of visa applications.
Achieve assigned monthly targets and maintain high-quality service standards.
