Responsibilities & Context:
* Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, desserts, and other baked items. * Develop and introduce new recipes and seasonal menu offerings. * Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry products. * Monitor inventory and control food costs by minimizing wastage. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen in accordance with food safety standards. * Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
