Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare a wide variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, desserts, and other baked items.
Develop and introduce new recipes and seasonal menu offerings.

Monitor inventory and control food costs by minimizing wastage.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry kitchen in accordance with food safety standards.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
