Knowledge: Saudi geography, 2026 Ordinance.
Network: Strong ties with HAAB, Biman/Saudi Airlines group desk.
Briefing: Conduct pre-departure Hajj/Umrah training sessions. Explain rules, luggage, currency, Saudi laws.
Ground handling: Coordinate with Saudi Agency for Airport pickup, Hotel check-in, during Hajj.
Emergency support: 24/7 hotline in KSA. Handle medical cases, lost passport, death cases with Bangladesh Hajj Mission.
