• Promote the company’s Europe visa and immigration services to potential clients.

• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.

• Explain visa requirements, processing procedures, and available services professionally.

• Schedule client appointments and follow up with potential customers regularly.

• Meet monthly sales and marketing targets set by the company.

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Create and manage promotional campaigns on social media and other digital platforms.

• Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client service.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitors.

• Attend promotional events, seminars, and exhibitions when required.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and sales reports.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism, honesty, and customer satisfaction at all times.

• Create promotional video advertisements and voice-over advertisements for the company’s services as required.
