Responsibilities & Context:
What you'll do:
Be the primary point of contact for patients — enquiry to post-treatment follow-up
Coordinate appointments with specialists, investigations & procedures
Explain treatment plans, costs & procedures clearly to patients and families
Support international & outstation patients with travel, stay & logistics
Liaise between doctors, nurses & patients for smooth communication
Follow up on patient progress and medication adherence
Handle feedback and escalate complex cases when needed
What we're looking for:
Diploma/Degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or Life Sciences
Minimum 2 years' experience in patient coordination or healthcare customer service
Strong knowledge of hospital operations & clinical workflows
Excellent empathy, communication & conflict-resolution skills
Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (extra languages a bonus!)
Comfortable managing multiple cases with great attention to detail
Medical tourism / international patient experience preferred
Familiarity with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) is a plus
Willing to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts
