Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage day-to-day company operations
Maintain client relationships and contribute to acquiring new clients
Drive sales and marketing activities for the hotel ownership project
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Support business development initiatives to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with senior management on sales strategy
Lead and guide junior team members
Monitor project progress and prepare reports
Provide regular reports to senior management
Supervise team members and provide guidance
