Responsibilities & Context:

The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) is responsible for ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service from arrival to departure. The role requires a confident, well-presented, and customer-focused individual who can build positive relationships with guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

The selected candidate may be assigned to the Reception, Bar, Restaurant, or other guest-facing areas based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.

• Build strong relationships with guests and respond promptly to their requests.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently and courteously.

• Coordinate with Reception, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless service.

• Promote company facilities, services, events, and special offers.

• Maintain excellent grooming, etiquette, and professional conduct at all times.

• Support VIP guests, corporate clients, and special events.

• Ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Cityscape Lifestyle's hospitality standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés, airlines, customer service, or guest relations will be an added advantage.

• O Level/A Level graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Smart, energetic, confident, and well-groomed personality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
