Responsibilities & Context:
Receive inspect and record incoming products and materials
Issuing products according to requisitions
Arrange and items in the store
Receive materials from suppliers by verifying quantity, quality and supporting documents in coordination
Closely work with cross functional teams, including service, sales, warehouse and procurements departments
Prepare and evaluate comparative statements within the scheduled time
Ensure timely processing of work orders and purchase orders
