We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Procurement Officer with hands-on experience in sourcing fish, vegetables, and other perishable products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, procurement, price negotiation, and ensuring timely purchase of quality products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase fish, vegetables, and other perishable products from reliable suppliers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Research the market to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities.

• Collect quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best deals.

• Ensure product quality, quantity, and competitive pricing before purchase.

• Coordinate with internal teams to meet purchasing requirements.

• Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.

• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.

• Arrange alternative suppliers during shortages or urgent requirements.
